Citizens valve covers on College Ave #19

After the resurfacing of College Ave, MKNA became aware of major bumps in the road caused by manholes and utility valve covers. All manholes were raised as of about 1-2 weeks ago, but many small valve covers remain in the traffic lane, creating an uneven surface. This was raised with IndyGo, who stated Citizens is the responsible party. It was reported to Citizens on 9/21 by @JdfMKNA2019 (no ticket number given), see below:

To Whom It May Concern: I am the co-chair of the MKNA Infrastructure Committee and am inquiring about raising valve boxes along the new Red Line corridor on College Ave. I have witnessed manholes being raised to street level by Citizen's crews or contractors, which is great news. However many water valve boxes in the pavement are below the pavement surface. These have heretofore been reported to the Red Line Project but they have advised that addressing this situation resides with Citizens, as do the raising of manholes. Please advise the efforts that will be made to address these smaller but equally annoying problems along the repaved surface of College Ave. You timely reply during the week of September 23 would be appreciated regarding near term work on this matter.
