We included this in multiple Red Line "punch list" emails to Jennifer Pyrz over the summer, but it was never repaired. The sidewalk was left unfinished surrounding a new utility pole placed at the SE corner of 46th & College during pre-Red Line utility work.
Jennifer's response to the punch list item was: "the utility pole issue belongs to the utility (I assume in the case of photo below that is AT&T) and it is on them to correct their mistake. We have notified them and the city of the problem."
To date, this is still unresolved. I consider this a hazard because the sidewalk is already impinged upon by the fact that the pole was placed in the middle, so unpaved gravel further reduces sidewalk area at this well-trafficked area.
