DE : Next gateway are displaying if previous gateway is not yet completed #305

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Job data grid
  2. Select any Program node(Electrolux)
  3. Create a Job opt for form view
  4. Go to Tracking tab
  5. Add a Gateway without complete check box checked
  6. Right click under grid for context menu

Actual result: Next gateway seen if previous gateway is not completed yet Expected result: If previous gateway is not completed then next gateway should not be displayed

This issue as been fixed in QA and Staging server verified and closed
