Electrolux (FarEye) - Customer Call Back #310

Update M4PL API to contain a Customer Call Back call that FarEye can use to send a call back request to M4PL. In M4PL, the request will create an uncompleted Customer Call Back action. Once the user calls the customer they will mark the action as completed.

Response back to FarEye will be a 200 Acknowledgement.

Need to action to Electrolux program to call customer back (Consignee). We can use the same form as Left Message. The Customer Call Back action should NOT be marked as default complete.

Probably need to discuss about adding to Dashboard.

@nmfujimoto changes have been made for this now, There are three codes which will receive from Far Eye, If code will be In Transit then Job will move to insert, if code will be Call to a customer then there will be action added with the name of a Customer call and in case of Reschedule action will add.
