Each Customer In M4PL Needs To Have Separate NAV Connection URL #403

M4PL needs to be updated to handle multiple NAV connections depending on the customer.

Each customer should have a NAV URL setting.

Use Case: Electrolux is in production for M4PL and NAV. AWC orders are being verified and tested in M4PL production but NO orders should flow into NAV production. We would like the AWC orders to be created in NAV Test environment.

Once AWC is live in M4PL then we can update the AWC NAV URL to point to NAV production.

Starting MasterBrand in M4PL will be the same process. Electrolux is in production for M4PL and NAV. AWC is in production for M4PL and NAV. MB orders are being verified and tested in M4PL production but NO orders should flow into NAV production. We would like the MB orders to be created in NAV Test environment.

Once MB is live in M4PL then we can update the MB NAV URL to point to NAV production.

Repeat the above for each customer.

Hi @nmfujimoto we can do this, is it fine if we will add this setting on the UI for the customer, under a different tab? Admin can manage the URL with respect to each customer.

@prashantaggarwal1999 Yes, we can place the URL field on a tab so it can be an Admin setting.

@nmfujimoto we have added a tab to add the separate URL per customer, even we have added this into cache as well. There is a question on it while creating the SO/PO we have the customerId so we can use the URL specific to the customer but what happens in case of Cost Code/Price code and another scenario's where we are not having the customerId in the reference?

@prashantaggarwal1999 We can discuss more in our meeting but for right now, we can make the assumption that the NAV environments are identical.

This issue is corrected now, please make sure to deselect the IsProduction checkbox when it is a development environment.
