Job Grid Action Schedule Is Not Displayed As Option #407

Jobs that are displayed in the Not Scheduled do not show the Scheduled - Initial Appointments. Orders all displayed in the Job Grid do not show the Schedule - Initial Appointments when trying to use the Actions button on the Ribbon.

AWC Home Delivery project, we started receiving orders for a new location (ATLANTA - Downstream Logistics) but we never setup ATLANTA for the vendor.

We created the ATLANTA location for Downstream and location users (bstewart - D0wnstr3@m).

When we went to try and add Schedule Initial Appt. action it was not displayed. The JobIsScheduled flag was null. I changed the flag to 0 but still did not see the Schedule action.

@KamalAdhikary Here is an example of orders in the Dashboard details screen where the Schedule option is not available using the Ribbon.

User: bstewart (vendor for ATLANTA location for Downstream Logistics) Clicked on Not Scheduled Return Orders

@nmfujimoto Testing completed on QA and Staging server and it is working as expected.
