Copy Gateways to Program or Import Template #450

The ability to copy existing Gateways and Actions from one Program/Project to another is not available when right-clicking on the program node.

What is the format for the Import Gateway/Action CSV file?

We need an ability to quick have gateways/actions created for a new program as this will be used repeatedly as we bring on new customers.

Please use Headers: Code,Title,Units,Default,Type,DateReference,StatusReasonCode,AppointmentReasonCode,OrderType,ShipmentType,GatewayStatusCode,NextGateway,IsDefaultComplete,InstallStatus,TransitionStatus,IsStartGateway
