Program Copy/Paste Functionality #454

The Program Copy/Paste functionality for the Default Gateways, EDI Codes, etc. is not enabled. This functionality was available before but right-clicking does not bring up the option and the Copy button on the ribbon does not work for this.

@nmfujimoto Testing Completed on Staging environment and it is working as expected.
