Electrolux Orders - Service Default Quantity Should Be 1 #467

Any Service included in the cargo feed for Electrolux orders should default to a quantity of 1 if the value is 0 or null.

The Services in the cargo records were sent with quantity values of 0, this should be defaulted to 1 for Cargo, Price and Cost records matching the Service.

As per discussed with @nmfujimoto code is updated to insert quantity as one if this is <=0 received from Far Eye or rlectrolux.
