Adding Comment Action - Storing Text #480

Going to create this here but this issue affects all versions of the front-end and api.

Need to review all Actions and what comment fields are being populated by the actions. Need to stop using the GwyComment (VarBinary) field and use the plain text comment fields.

@nmfujimoto Testing Completed in Staging Server and also verified on Database and It is working as expected.

@prashantaggarwal1999 what api call is this using? Is storing the comment as plain text in the Tracking app too?

Hi @nmfujimoto API https://m4pl-dev.meridianww.com/M4PLAPI/Help/Api/POST-api-JobGateways is getting used for M4PL and Tracking App Both and Text is saving successfully.
