Gateway/Action Import Not Using Default Complete Field #496

When importing a Gateway/Action csv file the Default Complete field is being ignored after importing and the records are not set as completed.

@nmfujimoto could you please share the CSV which you are trying to upload. Application is having a logic to update PgdGatewayDefaultComplete column already. Need to check if anything wrong in uploaded data.

@prashantaggarwal1999 here is the file I imported with the Complete field set to 1.

@nmfujimoto Could you please try to pass True/False instead of 1/0.

@nmfujimoto Testing completed on Staging server and It is working as expected.
