Add Additional Fields to BOL and Tracking Reports #501

Need to add additional fields to the BOL and Tracking reports.

Add in the section where Total Weight and Total Cubes: Total Qty (QtyActual) Total Parts (PartsActual)

Add in a new section below Shipment Type and Total Cubes and above Origin/Destination address sections: Seller Site (SellerSiteName) PO Number (JobPurchaseOrderNumber)

Add under Plant Code: Brand (JobCarrierContract)

Add under Trailer #: Product Type (JobProductType)

@nmfujimoto Testing completed on Staging Server and it is working as expected.
