URL for POD Does Not Go To Document Tab and POD Record #505

For Electrolux Delivery Updates, the URL provided for the POD and Delivery Images does not go directly to the Documents tab for the order. The Job Form is displayed but all tabs are collapsed.

@nmfujimoto Testing completed on Staging server and It is working as expected.
