Update BOL Report

Update the BOL Report with the new layout provided in the attached image.

• Add Customer (label "Customer" but display Customer Code) to the left of Contract #
• The "Planned Delivery Date" should be renamed "Scheduled Delivery Date"
• Change "Quantity" label to dynamically display "Appliance" or "Cabinet" depending on what is in the cargo Packaging Type
• Change "Parts" label to dynamically display "Accessory" or "CabPart" depending on what is in the cargo Packaging Type
• Add new column in Cargo section after Item column. New column header is "Initial" so the customer can provide their initials
• Change Cargo Title to "Description"
• Add Delivery Acknowledgement section under Cargo section, need to provide final text
• Add new section for Customer Name, Signature, Date, Delivery Time Complete and Driver signature.

@prashantaggarwal1999 There's an update the top left portion for the Vendor. Agent: Vendor Company Name, e.g. Tri-State Precision Inc Agent Code: Vendor Location NAV DC Code (Customer Code), e.g. TSPANDSC Agent Location: Job Site Code, e.g. ANDREWS SC

• Change Vendor to Agent and Vendor# to Agent Code#
