xCBL Not Uploaded to PBS FTP #511

About 60 orders have been identified that we received xCBL requests for but not record of uploading the CSV files to PBS FTP site. There are no errors for the transactions but also no recorded log of FTP upload success.

I need to understand why these we never uploaded.

The xCBL requests were received on the 2nd of April.
