This is the default startup system in Ubuntu 16.04+.

Added files in https://github.com/meridor/perspective-deb/commit/a09e6ff42340750e93d757102b880e192d1a48ec. Need to check whether syntax is correct. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SystemdForUpstartUsers#Invalid_configurations for details on how to test.
