Still unable to log into First membership #6

Read everything in the previous issue and I am unable to log into and see videos. I use my username and password from the RT website and am unable to view these videos

Make sure to restart Plex Media Server after installing the update

I installed it and restarted plex and even my computer but it's still not working. I can now see the shows but I am unable to play any videos, First content or free content

@Kholtien Can confirm, now they updated something again(worked 3 days ago), will look into it

... no, false alert, they just locked the show I tested earlier

Can you play episode 1 of 1-800-Magic show? That works for me. I want to investigate if it's only the premium part/login that's broken ...

Also, a log when trying playback of a premium episode would be great, i.e. both the com.plexapp.plugins.roosterteeth.log + com.plexapp.system.log

Remember to check those files for your username/password and remove them before uploading here! I believe(?) those will be logged by the plugin framework

Only have a few minutes right this second, can look again later, but this seems like an important line:

CRITICAL (sandbox:298) - Function named 'ValidatePrefs' couldn't be found in the current environment

FYI: 1-800 worked, RWBY V4 E1 worked, V4 E2 did not

What is logged?

"Failed: Unknown url:" or "Login failed, no token found!" or "No cookies found for post data call" or "HTTP exception in Login" or none of the above?

Should be fixed in latest, please confirm(thanks @sander1 and @smilligan93)
