Urgent Help : Duplicate key entry #366

Merit::Sash Create (74.0ms) INSERT INTO "sashes" ("created_at", "updated_at") VALUES ($1, $2) RETURNING "id" [["created_at", "2023-04-26 02:59:38.554096"], ["updated_at", "2023-04-26 02:59:38.554096"]]

this throws the error duplicate key entry not sure why where can i sort out this did not find any solution

Are you in development or production? Can you post a full stacktrace? Do you use point and badge rules or do you grant reputation manually?
