I would like to introduce an enhancement to the scrollbar by turning it more subtle and making it blend more with the current design. Scrollbars should be noticeable but not visible, if you know what I mean. They shouldn't impose you to scroll, nor invite you. But they should be noticeable for when you do want to use them.
This is an example of how it fills these requisites:
There is no bar, just the scroller itself, and it goes over the existing content.
