What is currently "+ item" should be re-named to "+ add menu item", and should be moved to the top.
When clicking on "+ add menu item", the "done" link at the bottom should be a button and needs to be moved to the right.
When adding menu items in the popup they should be fully black, not gray. Also the user should not be able to add the same item multiple times.
