We already agreed on ratings for after buying.. the buyer get's an email asking him to rate and comment after a few days of ordering.
But what about cases where there is no purchase on the platform itself?
In these cases I think that we could allow users that send the stores emails about products to be able to rate.
Should these two types of ratings show in the same place ?
Should they be identified as a buy or a contact ?
