When clicking on a textfield to insert text, the reference text stays in place, instead of disappearing.
It should disappear and not be editable or part of the new text that is inserted.
This example from facebook is a good one, go there to check it out.
The text becomes lighter, the cursor shows up and, when you write, the text underneath disappears.
