Items in the sidebar arranged badly

Some of the items are arranged in a very unintuitive way in the sidebar, I suggest changing the following:

• Move "logout" from being under the user tab to being below the stores tab (not inside of it)
• Move "edit user" from being the first item in the user tab to being the last item in the user tab
• Move "admin store" from being the second item in the store tab to being the last item in the store tab
