Add support for Sitecore 9.0
Sitecore 8.1 and Sitecore 8.2 are still supported
Add documentation for using NitroNet for Sitecore with Sitecore 9.0
- Helix support?

Is there already an ETA for this release - especially the SC9/out of the box dynamic placeholder support?

We try to release a new version of NitroNet.Sitecore with SC9 support at the end of february respectively beginning of march. Sorry that we can't release it sooner but we currently have a bit of a capacity problem. A possible workaround for you could be to check out the branch "feature/sitecore-9" on your local machine and to build the nuget yourself. Please keep in mind that we had to remove the Sitecore DLLs from the repo, so you have to add them again in the solution.
