Add an ability to turn off AEC (echo cancellation) #23

If using Flash Player version 10.3+ there should be an ability to turn off echo 
cancellation.

Fixed in SVN. Will be available in 3.1.

Defined a new property "echoCancel" which defaults to true. It can be set to 
false to disable echo cancellation on Flash Player 10.3+. For earlier versions 
of Flash Player, echo cancellation is anyway not available even if echoCancel 
is true.
