edited first few paragraphs to be short, easy (beginner level) English
insert section subheadlines
boil down the disclaimer, also avoiding some words that lawyers avoid
flesh out explanations of the guide, the chosen randomness source, and the script program
spell-check with Grammarly

Thanks for this PR. I am not prepared to merge it right now, but thanks for the ideas. I think the text in the actual guide will evolve to be more simplistic. However, a GitHub readme probably need to be more fleshed out, to make GitHub users understand what the project is about.

Having read your PR in more detail, I reconsidered :) You have made some really good changes and it would be a shame to not use them. Merging now. Thanks!
