Use Discord app subscriptions instead of stripe #98

With this PR I'm ditching the (unreleased) Stripe subscription system for the new Discord app subscriptions. Users will be able to subscribe to premium directly through Discord. Right now Discord only supports one tier per app but that's enough for now.

Will there still be other alternatives? Only in the United States it's possible to purchase a subscription to a Discord server. 😅

As far as I can tell you can subscribe from any country. The only restriction right now is that the bot developer must be located in the US. Or do you have other information?
