Vertical Knob-Dragging Reverse Direction #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a knob. Set it to VERTICAL.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd like to see the knob value increase when the mouse is going UP, as this is 
the intuitive response. Instead, the knob value increases when the mouse is 
going DOWN. This is anti-intuitive. But some people may like it, and changing 
it would break existing programs, so you may want to add a new value -- 
VERTICAL_REVERSED.
