The instructions list CRAN as an option, but this package has been removed.

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/postgwas/index.html yields the following message:

Package ‘postgwas’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.

Archived on 2013-12-16: no response nor update was received after a request to clean up WARNINGs.

@merns Is this package reborn somewhere, either on CRAN or Bioconductor?
