manage game speed with +/- keys #26

If I have a good understanding, now 2 speeds are available. I find that the two speeds are not realy suitable (one too slow and the other too quick).

I find it should be better to have more intermediate speed levels (may be managed by "+" and "-" keys)

If you want to manage speed yourself, press space and the game will go quickly. Release space and the game return to normal speed.

If you need to debug, press "P" to make pause and press "Space" to go 1 round forward. You can go like that to the round where you need to analyse your script.

I agree, the default speed is too slow. Speed will be adjustable in the next release.
