Feature mobile highlights improvement #15

@kevinmershon For your review.

Decreased the size of the bubbles so they can be side by side in mobile.

Added a click event onto the bubbles so that it scrolls the user down to read the change that was made.

Able to be previewed on staging.mershon.enterprises
