Change scroll target on route change. #16

Small change that alters scroll target from top of page to primary content area.

Currently not on staging.

This behaves strangely when scrolled-down on any page, and then selecting either Learn More or Showcase. It's like it gets interrupted in the scroll-up.

However, it's better than what's deployed so I'm merging it in.
