Skel has statically defined paths for the stylesheets it needs for various browser window sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile). After running grunt build, the minification and concatenation steps make skel unable to determine which stylesheet to use.
Re-write the grunt build script to copy skel's to a location that mimics the environment in grunt serve and minify them separately.
