Requirements

View Title: "Transmitters"
Create an ionic list containing transmitter info:
- Connectivity Icon: Green = connected. Gray = disconnected.
- Label: transmitter name/Id
- Sub-Label: Transmitter MAC
- "View-Detail" Icon: Some sort of icon indicating that tapping it (or the row) will switch to the transmitter detail view.
