when a video is over,I put the mouse over the player,and the tool bar doesnt show up #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play a video
2. when it is over,move the mouse over the player
3. the toolbar doesnt show,and i click the mouse,nothing happens
4. in ie9 the panel is a mess

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
