Create community funding index #71

Hiya!

This PR creates a community index over ways individual members can be supported. I opted to start with a simple list, one item per person, and in the comments encourage people to create personal index pages, listing multiple ways of support :)

I also intend for the page contents to be included in the custom extended information after it has been converted to html.

Edit: Anyone that wants to be included & doesn't have financial/donation-style info posted publicly in Merveilles and can't submit PRs to the repository, just PM me in the Town and I will make sure you are added :)
