Server logs plugin #6

Create a plugin that logs all messages sent on the server to a file for later reference.

Preliminary plugin added with commit 8e55547, want to spend more time on it before making it active however.

Re-enabled for release 1.0.3, going to let it run for a bit and see how it fares.
