Move levels to start at 0. #17

Move all level to start at 0, level 0 is the tutorial, level 2 has one moving wall, level 3 has lots of moving walls, etc.

Leaving start at level 1. Better for objects to start with an RP of 0 instead of an RP of -1. Makes more sense.
