OSX 10.12.4 Beta Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)

I'm not sure what's causing this. It doesn't happen in Firefox.

If you look at all the checkboxes/radio buttons, you'll see they have a really weird shadow type effect on them.

This happens on mobile also
