IMDB list is not syncing #196

I cannot get my IMDB list to sync. Here is my list. https://www.imdb.com/list/ls083812974/export If I click the export this link, it downloads WATCHLIST.csv to my computer and it is the exact list that I have there. Log below. I tried adding WATCHLIST.csv to the end, but it gives an error.

Ubuntu 20.04 with a pyenv to run watcher in.
