[x] Migrate process to LCD
[x] Migrate service to LCD
[x] Add integration tests

Let's wait to continue this work. Cosmos is updating their encoding from amino to proto and thiis will break a lot of things. Let's work on this again when the serialization in cosmos is stabilized.
