Clean up `install` subdirectory #14

The install subdirectory includes various Bash scripts for making bespoke Firedrake installations. At least the Firedrake branch part of these is no longer needed, now that the adaptation code is in Animate.

In fact, we should just move the install scripts to Animate. See https://github.com/pyroteus/animate/issues/39.
