Thanks Matt. Funny story, I had fixed the rt issue in PR #87, that has been waiting for a while.
I'll chase Gerard to merge this as soon as possible.

Now that you are there, we can keep on top of pull requests :)
I am adding a bunch of Pragmatic tests for our new plasma physics works. Will talk to you about the paper in Feb when I am there.
Also, Schlumberger wants to work with us on meshing. I am setting things up now, but there will definitely be money if you want to visit the States for a while.

This fixes two configure problems:
1) librt was assumed, not checked for
2) shared libraries on Mac were not found after installation
