update all dependencies to their latest versions #142

Supersedes https://github.com/rdeits/meshcat/pull/140 and https://github.com/rdeits/meshcat/pull/133.

Thanks for this. This project was dormant for a while but we have some new people on deck. In a separate pull request, I've re-bumped everything to the latest.

My immediate colleagues and I don't use Julia, so I don't have any news on that front. I'll ping my wider network in case someone can offer any insight.
