Need for upgrading to v2 of centralised ete tests #239

Current Behavior

As we have migrated to v2 for all the adapters, therefore it was necessary to migrate the OSM adapter to v2 for all E2E tests.

Expected Behavior

upgrading Test_OSM to v2
