Design inconsistency and hover effect issue in footer #1758

Description

  1. Community heading have an icon with it, while others don't have on
  2. On hover Calender icon have blue color.
  3. Recognition icon have no hover(changing color) effect.

Expected Behavior

  1. For design consistency, Community heading should not have icon with it.
  2. On hover Calender icon should have white color.
  3. On hover Recognition icon should have white color.
