[mesheryctl] mesheryctl system login hangs indefinitely when meshery cloud is already logged in

Current Behavior

When mesheryctl system login is run, a page opens in the browser asking the user to log into Meshery cloud. Once the user logs in, he is given a successful login message.

However if the user is already logged into Meshery cloud in the browser, they are shown the Meshery cloud dashboard and the command hangs indefinitely in the terminal.

Desired Behavior

A user should be able to use mesheryctl system login to login even if they are already logged into Meshery cloud in the browser
