[x] As @manuelsotoma mentioned in #8, the PlanktonMesh(vertices, faces) constructor was removed in 0.3. I suggest (re-)adding AddVertices and AddFaces methods to make constructing large meshes more straightforward.
[x] We also need to provide more feedback when a face is not added because of non-manifold issues (or otherwise).

The first part has been implemented in #15. Maybe some diagrams in the documentation would be useful to solve the confusion that can occur when a face is not added to the mesh.
