[Bug]: Messages can not be selected if longer than 12 characters #1267

What happened?

I like to select a message in the chat history to copy and resend it. But now this only works for messages up to 12 characters. Longer messages can not be selected at all.

App Version

2.4.12

Phone

Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 14 Samsung Galaxy S8, Android 9

Device

Heltec V3, RAK 4631

Firmware

2.5.1

In version 2.4.4 of the App it still works.

I just found out, that when I hit the message on the button right or somewhere, where there is no text, it works ! Hitting the clock is no problem. Just the text of the message is. So is this no false alarm and intentional. Or is this still considered a bug ?
