No update when GPS is on with the T-Beam #150

Describe the bug Android app on 0.9.03 will not update GPS location with t-beam I would have to force kill the app and re-open it to have GPS update location on the app.

To Reproduce T-BEAM running 0.9.3-US gets GPS location still shows that im at home when im a few miles out

  1. Go to 'meshtastic app'
  2. Click on 'maps'
  3. Scroll down to N/A
  4. force kill app re-open it then it will have it updated.

Expected behavior Like the TTGO without GPS use the phone to update location will show real time on map with out force killing app and re-launching it.

Additional context Would be nice to have a option to use the GPS on the phone rather than the one on the t-beam when the phone is paired to the device.

not sure yet if an android or device bug yet. assuming android for now.
